The Room Where Vietnam's AI Strategy Gets Decided

What We'll Discuss

Each topic is selected based on the real questions AI leaders, founders, and enterprises are actively navigating right now.

*Discussion themes are currently being finalized and will continue to evolve leading up to the event.

01
Build vs. Buy vs. Partner
When does building in-house create competitive advantage — and when is it just expensive distraction? How do leading enterprises think about the make-or-buy decision in the AI era?
02
AI Governance & Risk Appetite
How do you move fast on AI without creating compliance, security, or reputational exposure? What governance models are actually working — and which are theater?
03
Measuring Real ROI on AI
Pilots are everywhere. Scaling is hard. How do you move from proof-of-concept to enterprise-wide value — and how do you convince the board it's working?
04
The Talent & Culture Question
AI changes roles, workflows, and power dynamics inside organizations. How are leaders managing the human side of AI adoption — and avoiding the mistakes that kill momentum?
05
Enterprise–Startup Collaboration Models
What makes enterprise–startup AI partnerships actually work? Where do they break down? Hear directly from both sides on the structures that produce real outcomes.
06
Vietnam's AI Opportunity Window
What sectors, use cases, and market dynamics make Vietnam uniquely positioned in the AI era? And who needs to move first to capture that position?

Everything You Need to Know

Do I need a ticket to The Future of AI to apply?

The roundtable is a separate, standalone session. You can apply for a roundtable seat independently. However, if you plan to attend the broader event as well, a separate event ticket is required.

Why is it limited to 30 people?

The format only works at small scale. Above 30 participants, the quality of dialogue drops and the intimacy that produces honest conversation disappears. We keep it small deliberately — and that's what makes it worth attending.

Who reviews applications and what are you looking for?

Our team reviews every application. We're looking for decision-makers with genuine responsibility for AI strategy, investment, or implementation — and a willingness to contribute to the room, not just receive from it. We curate for diversity of perspective and sector, not seniority alone.

What should I prepare before the day?

Accepted participants receive a pre-event briefing that includes the day's discussion themes and a short prompt to help you prepare your perspective. The format works best when participants arrive with a point of view — not just questions.

Will there be follow-up after the event?

Yes. Every participant receives a written summary of the day's key insights, a shared resource list, and contact details for people they met during the session. We also facilitate an optional post-event group channel for continued connection.
